A lifetime of work...
I embarked on my professional journey at the age of 18, taking on the role of a volleyball coach. Throughout my university years, I held various positions within the nightlife and hospitality sectors.
In 1999, my professional trajectory shifted towards the financial world. I joined Bancoval (Banco de Valores) as an intern. After a mere year and a half in operations, an opportunity arose to transition from being a Back Office Manager to leading a brokerage firm within the newly acquired Group Dexia. At Dexia Equities Spain, I managed the Back Office for several years before being promoted to the role of Director of Operations and Finance.
The year 2006 marked a pivotal moment in my career. I had long aspired to venture into corporate sales. A phone call presented me with the chance to head the client department of the recently acquired Royal Bank of Canada, leading to years of intense work and invaluable learning experiences. I came to realize that the realm of sales was more intricate and disciplined than I had ever imagined. I worked across Spain, in various European countries, and North America.
In 2015, Grupo Santander extended an opportunity through Diners Club to manage major accounts. I saw this as an excellent chance to continue my learning journey within a remarkable Spanish multinational.
By 2021, with the evolving technological landscape, I remained forward-focused, striving to navigate the right direction. Another significant turning point emerged with Majorel, one of the world's leading groups in CX and Contact Centers. An offer came my way to lead international client relations, and a year later, I was appointed as the Regional Director of the Development Office.
In 2024, I will join the firm Davies Consulting as Director of Business Development for Iberia. A new adventure that is sure to be filled with fantastic experiences.
To this day, I'm a part of this esteemed company, relishing in my work and evolving into the best version of myself.
